If you want to use Hideez Authenticator again, you have to set up the key from the beginning.
Open your HES and go to the "Profile" section.

If you want to use Hideez Authenticator again, you have to set up the key from the beginning.
Open your HES and go to the "Profile" section.

Go to the "Hideez Authenticator" section and click the "Delete" button near the mobile device you want to disable.
Confirm disabling.
Then you have to wipe the key at the mobile authenticator. Go to the "Profile" section and tap the "Exit - Erase all data" button.
Confirm wipe.
